Family Classes are designed for families with children aged 7 and up training alongside their parents. Younger children can train in their age-specific program while parents take an adult class at the same time.

Do both parents need to participate?

No — one parent is enough, and single-parent families are very welcome. The classes are designed for at least one parent or guardian training alongside their child.
