Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy first opened in Clarkson in 2009 with the aim of providing the highest standard of martial arts instruction to Joondalup and nearby suburbs. Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy is Western Australia’s largest purpose-built institute of martial arts, with five training floors, comfortable viewing and waiting area plus its own Pro Shop combing to provide the best possible martial experience for the people of Joondalup and surrounding suburbs.

Our students ages range from 4 to 74, and they come to us from Joondalup and nearby suburbs. Many come for self-defense, fitness and others for fun. Some are in shape, while others are overweight. Beginning martial arts training can overwhelm you, so the instructors treat each person equally and train them to the best of their own ability and potential. At Premier Academy our instructors are there to guide, instruct, and motivate Joondalup people from all walks of life to be the best that they can be. A student is never compared to anyone else. Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy develops healthy Joondalup children with healthy minds, so they have the energy and fitness to be leaders and success at life’s challenges. It takes just one step to begin your martial arts journey, but the rewards will last a lifetime.
Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy runs over 150 classes per week from Monday to Sunday for the residents of Joondalup and nearby suburbs. Our classes are divided into age groups as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. You don’t have to be in shape and there is no prior experience necessary. If you would like to experience the excitement and challenge of Premier Martial Arts, we invite all Joondalup residents to come in and visit our school to begin your Introductory Martial Arts Course. You will have the opportunity to speak with the instructors and meet our friendly and professional staff. Freestyle Martial Arts in Joondalup
Premier Martial Arts and Fitness Academy teaches true Freestyle Martial Arts – martial arts with no limits! The instructors at Premier Academy are constantly refining their curriculum to provide the best martial arts experience for the people of Joondalup and surrounding suburbs. Our Freestyle martial arts system is a dynamic and ever-evolving program that combines the best of a diverse range of arts such as taekwondo, boxing, kick boxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Premier Academy provides true mixed martial arts to Joondalup and the surrounding suburbs.
