Premier School Holiday Program July 2018

Our always popular School Holiday Program is on again during the July school holidays. During the program, your child will be introduced to the martial arts by our experienced instructors, focusing on:

 

  • Basic martial arts skills such as kicking and punching
  • Self defence
  • Building confidence, determination and courage
  • Bullying and Stranger Danger

The program runs for six sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the following times:

  • Ages 3-6: 9.30 – 10.15 AM
  • Ages 7-12: 10.30 – 11.15 AM
