Our Adult Self Defence Course runs over three sessions, focusing on teaching the awareness and skills you need to deal with real-life situations. Learn street-based self defence skills that will help keep you safe, and give you the ability to avoid dangerous situations, and the confidence to deal with them if there is no other option.

(Free for Premier members who bring a paying friend along).
